As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team in Perth.
Job description:
- Mobilise personnel for projects as per client requirements
- Coordinating all travel and accommodation requirements for staff
- Liaise with client and site contacts
- Organise pre-employment medicals
- Maintain accurate mobilisation trackers, records, and reports
- Following onboarding & offboarding compliance procedures
- Control stock levels (PPE & merchandise), order when required, conduct stocktakes and ensure stock list is up to date
- General ad hoc administration
- Identify and resolve mobilisation issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Excel experience
- Previous experience in a mobilisation, project coordination, or workforce logistics role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong English communication skills are required
- Solar farm experience preferred but not essential
- Human Resources background preferred but not essential
- Rights to work in Australia.
