Pilecom Pty Ltd, a leading solar construction company, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our on-site team. This is a permanent, field-based role with a FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) arrangement from Perth. As our Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Preferred Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing solar construction sites, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Proficient in Solar piling and mechanical installation experience
• Basic plant and machinery maintenance knowledge including the ability to troubleshoot and carry out routine inspections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and quality
• Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse team and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant industry certifications, such as a Construction Site Manager's Certificate or equivalent
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to effectively track and report on project progress
